Voyager

Following hot on the heels of their excellent Dangerous Frequencies release on Milk & 2 Sugars, Cricco Castelli and Gavin Mills (of Copyright fame) once again team up to bring you a sublime slice of house business.

A side cut Voyager is an edgy instrumental destined to cross the divide between funky house sets and those of a tougher persuasion. A raw acerbic synth line builds over a funky bass, twisting a groove that hooks the listener in. Jazzy twists and turns mean that the hypnotic elements never become too familiar locking the dancefloor on an upwards path.

B side Casa Loca completes the package with an organic house groove emerging from beneath the “Loca” shouts. A familiar vocal sample seals the deal and another winner for The Coffee Kids is on the table.
